Kubota Z1300

Kubota Z1300The Kubota Z1300 is a 1.3 L (1,272 cc, 77.6 cu·in) straight-two, water-cooled naturally aspirated vertical diesel engine manufactured by Kubota for general-purpose applications.

A 90.0 mm (3.54 in) cylinder bore and 100.0 mm (3.94 in) piston stroke give the Z1300 engine a total of 1272 cc of displacement. The compression ratio rating is 21.5:1.

This engine produced 26.4 PS (19.4 kW; 26.0 HP) at 2,600 rpm of horsepower and 79.7 N·m (8.1 kg·m, 58.7 ft·lb) at 1,600 rpm of torque.

The breakdown of the engine code is as follows:

  • Z – 2-cylinders
  • 1300 – Approximate displacement 1300 cc
