The Mitsubishi 6D22-T is an 11.1 L (11,149 cc, 680.0 cu·in) straight-six, water-cooled turbocharged diesel engine, manufactured and used by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.
The MMC 6D22-T has a cylinder block with wet type liners, an cylinder head with OHV (overhead valves), and two valves per cylinder. The 6D22-T compression ratio is 16.0:1. Cylinder bore and piston stroke are 130.0 mm (5.12 in) and 140.0 mm (5.51 in), respectively.

The engine has a drop-forged steel crankshaft with balance weights and seven main bearings. The piston, made of aluminum alloy casting, has a toroidal-type combustion chamber at its top. The 6D22-T turbo motor has two compression and a single oil control ring. The cylinder bore is 130.0 mm (5.12 in), piston stroke is 140.0 mm (5.51 in) and compression ratio rating is 16.0:1. The crankshaft main journal diameter is 100.0 mm (3.94 in) and the crankpin diameter is 84.0 mm (3.30 in).
