The Subaru-Robin EC06B is a 60.8 cc (3.72 cu·in) single-cylinder air-cooled 2-stroke internal combustion general-purpose gasoline engine with horizontal PTO shaft and Speed reduction system.
The Subaru-Robin EC06B engine has a lined aluminum cylinder, float type carburetor, T.C.I. ignition system (Transistor Circuit Ignition), recoil starter and speed reduction system with 1:2.5 reduction gear.
Cylinder bore is 44.0 mm (1.73 in) and piston stroke is 40.0 mm (1.57 in). The engine produced 2.6 PS (1.9 kW; 2.5 HP) at 2,000 rpm of maximum horsepower and 1.6 PS (1.2 kW; 1.6 HP) at 1,440 rpm or 1.9 PS (1.4 kW; 1.9 HP) at 1,800 of continuous power.
