The Toyosha P126 is a 1.3 l (1,263 cc, 77.07 cu-in) two-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion diesel engine, manufactured by Japanese company Hinomoto under the Toyosha brand.
This engine has two cylinders, overhead valves (2 per cylinder), three main bearings, flyweight governor and Kiki fuel injection pump. The P126 engine uses an electric starter, 12V-15A alternator, and voltage regulator.
A 92 mm (3.62 in) cylinder bore and 95 mm (3.74 in) piston stroke give the motor a total of 1,263 cc, (77.07 cu-in) of displacement. Compression ratio rating is 23:1. The Toyosha P126 engine produced 25.0 HP (18.6 kW) of maximum output.
