The Rato RV140 engine has a single-cylinder with a vertical shaft; an overhead valve (OHV) design; flat suction valve carburetor; dual element air filtration system; capacitance discharge type ignition system; centrifugal mechanical governor system and recoil starter.

my coil went out in 1 year ..my mower shop sold me one that was 100 % better heavy duty compared to original …it has worked great for years now. Don’t know part number but the replacement part is available…keep looking
What are the intake and exhaust rocker gaps? Also, which rocker is intake?
Valve clearance is:
Intake: 0.15 mm (0.006 in)
Exhaust: 0.20 mm (0.008 in)
The intake is the upper valve and the exhaust lower
