Honda GP160 engineThe Honda GP160 is a 0.16 l (163 cc, 9.9 cu·in) single-cylinder air-coolled 4-stroke internal combustion small gasoline engine with horizontal shaft, manufactured by Honda Motor.

The Honda GP160 has overhead valve design, single-cylinder inclined by 25°, transistorized magneto ignition system and horizontal carburetor with a butterfly valve. It was equipped with a recoil starter. The GP160 engine has a bore and stroke of 68.0 mm x 45.0 mm. Compression ratio rating is 8.5:1.

The Honda GP160 net power is 4.8 HP (3.6 kW) at 3,600 rpm and continuously rated power 3.9 HP (2.9 kW) at 3,600 rpm. Maximum net torque is 10.3 Nm (1.05 kg·m, 7,6 ft·lb) of torque at 2,500 rpm.
